Conditions of Sale

• The bid may be for the house and lot, or the house alone (building will be moved off of the site). If moved, the bid must include site restoration.

• If the bid includes the lot, a new water service will be required which will be installed at PRSD 8’s expense. The water service will be installed prior to possession.

• The successful bid will require PRSD 8 Board approval.

Written bids complete with the bidder’s name, address, phone number and bid deposit, placed in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled “House Bid 2010 – Bindloss B2” and/or “House Bid 2010 – Bindloss B3” will be accepted at the Dunmore or Oyen Administration offices until 2:00 PM, June 30, 2010.

The houses can be viewed on Mon. June 28 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM only.

Bid deposit must be 10% of the bid, by cheque, and will be returned to all unsuccessful bidders.

PRSD 8 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept that bid which appears to be in the best interest of the Division.
